Estimates and pricing

Estimates provided through this site or by phone are free and are not a binding contract. Final pricing depends on the condition, size and access of the property and is confirmed before work begins. We'll always explain the scope and cost so there are no surprises.

Scheduling and cancellations

We'll agree on a service date with you directly. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Our work

We perform exterior and solar cleaning services with care and standard professional methods, including panel-safe deionized water and soft brushes. Results depend on the condition of the panels, roof, gutters or glazing at the time of service. We are a locally owned, insured business and stand behind the work we do.

Property access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being serviced. If a roof or structure is unsafe to work on, we may decline that portion of the work for everyone's safety and will discuss alternatives with you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions we identify but did not cause.
